The Graduate School of Economics and Commerce aims to develop human resources who will play a leading role in each field of business with the ability to analyze information and data. Based on a vast amount of expertise in economics or commerce, students gain the ability to respond to the growing needs presented by globalization, informatization, as well as the increasing sophistication and complexity of the economy and society. It also aims to develop researchers who will engage in creative research activities in each specialized field of regional economics and commerce.

Master's Program of Economics and Commerce

This program is divided into two specialized courses: Economics and Commerce. The Economics Course covers the fields of theory and econometrics, economic policy and history, and regional and international economics. The Commerce Course covers the fields of distribution and marketing, finance and accountancy, and management. Both courses provide data science lectures, including information, communication, and statistics, to enable students to demonstrate leadership in an ever-changing society. It also provides “follow-up seminars” for working students and those who are graduates outside the Faculty of Economics, Management and Commerce.

Doctoral Program of Economics and Commerce

This program is also divided into two specialized courses: Economics and Commerce. The Economics Course covers the fields of theory and information systems, economic policy and history, and regional and international economics. The Commerce Course covers the fields of distribution and marketing, finance and accountancy, and management and information.
